Terms of Service

1. What Larper is

Larper turns a free-form account of something you did into draft posts for social networks (such as LinkedIn, X, Threads and Reddit), lets you edit and schedule them and, when you connect your accounts, publish them.

Larper uses third-party AI models to generate text and, when available, images.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens in it.

3. You are the author and responsible

You choose what to write, what to approve and what to publish. Larper produces drafts; nothing is published without your action (post now or schedule).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the claims made in your name. The intensity control exaggerates tone, not facts: do not use the service to claim achievements, titles, clients, results or credentials that are not true.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Larper to:

• impersonate a person or organization, or fabricate verifiable credentials, titles or results;
• send spam, misleading content, harassment, hate speech or illegal content;
• violate the terms and policies of the networks you connect, including automation and self-promotion rules;
• bypass usage limits, attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or to third-party accounts;
• resell or automate access to the service without permission.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated text and images may contain errors, inaccuracies or resemble existing content. Review everything before publishing. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, nor that content will produce audience, engagement, opportunities or any result.

You keep your rights to the text you write and to the content you approve and publish, to the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers' terms.

6. Third-party social networks

By connecting a network you authorize Larper to act on your account only within the permissions you approved (for example, publishing). You can disconnect at any time in Larper or in the network's own settings.

Networks have their own terms, limits and rules, which can change and affect how Larper works. We do not control those platforms and do not guarantee that a post will always be accepted.

7. Plans, payment and renewal

Larper has a free plan with usage limits and a paid plan (Pro) billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

The subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid.

We may change prices and limits with reasonable advance notice; the change applies from the next renewal.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you bought the paid plan online, you may withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase for a full refund, as provided by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. To exercise it, email ycaro.oleg.job@gmail.com.

Outside that period there is no prorated refund for a period already started, unless the law requires it.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", may be interrupted and depends on third parties (AI providers, hosting, social networks). We may modify, limit or discontinue features; if the paid plan is discontinued we will treat amounts already paid proportionally.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing ycaro.oleg.job@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, put the service or others at risk, or are used for fraud or abuse.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the service, for the content you publish, or for third-party actions (such as a social network suspending your account).

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law guarantees you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile apply. Questions, requests and complaints: ycaro.oleg.job@gmail.com.
